Las Fuerzas de la Historia (The forces of History) is an audiovisual piece for electric guitar and midi controller. The piece incorporates digital sounds and a group of audiovisual samples that were posted in Twitter under the hashtag #SOSColombia. These videos document the struggle of the Colombian people against repression and oppression under the government of former president Iván Duque, and the deepening of Neoliberal policies that led to an increasing inequality. They were also used by activists to register and report the violation of human rights committed by law enforcements during the protests.

The title of the work refers to a speech given by the activist and leader of the Chilean marxist-leninist far left political party and former urban guerilla organization MIR (Movimiento de Izquierda Revolucionaria), Miguel Enríquez, at the Capoulicán theater in 1973 after Pinochet’s coup d'etat. In that speech, Enríquez encouraged the people of Chile to organize and fight against the dictatorship. "Adelante con las fuerzas de la historia" (“Ahead, with the forces of History”) is the final phrase of Enriquez 's last speech.
